At Learning Success, we are committed to delivering a high-quality online learning platform. We offer a free trial for many of our services and a 30-day no-questions-asked refund period for products without a free trial. Please review our refund policy below for details on cancellations and refunds.
Free Trial
We provide a 7-day free trial for all new subscribers to services that include this option. During this period, you can access all features of the platform at no cost. No charges will be applied until the free trial ends.
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund for Non-Trial Products
For products or services that do not include a free trial, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within this 30-day period by contacting us at https://learningsuccess.ai/contact-us/. Refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
Automatic Billing After Free Trial
Upon completion of the 7-day free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You will be charged the applicable subscription fee immediately after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Subsequent renewals will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
Notification of Charges
We will notify you via email prior to the end of your free trial and before each recurring charge for subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications.
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. To cancel:
- Log in to your account at learningsuccess.ai.
- Navigate to your user dashboard.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription with a few clicks.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the platform until that time. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-cycle, except for non-trial products within the 30-day refund period as outlined above.
No-Refund Policy for Subscriptions Post-Trial
For subscriptions that have converted to a paid plan after the free trial, we do not offer refunds once a charge has been processed for a monthly or yearly subscription, except where required by applicable law or within the 30-day refund period for non-trial products. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before the trial ends or before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. For example, you may be entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital services, provided you have not expressly consented to begin the service during this period and waived your right to withdraw.
